Ø Customers should initiate return/exchange request for their order within 7 days of delivery. Return/exchange items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Ø Return / free exchange only if you receive a damaged/ defective / incorrect size product sent from our end. In other scenarios, for sending the item back to us, the customer has to bear the courier charges.
Ø As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Ø In case the customer has received a damaged / defective / incorrect size product, we will refund a maximum of Rs 150 (for poster/art print/T-shirt), Rs 300 (for Glass Framed print/painting) as courier charges.
Ø You can ask for an online refund against any of your orders within 5 days of its date of delivery.
Ø Refunds are applicable for all our products only in scenarios wherein you received a damaged, defective or an incorrect size product sent from our end.
Ø We do not have a “wallet” feature yet. So the refund amount will be credited to your bank account via net banking/Paytm/Google Pay(Tez) etc.
